Returns/Exchanges


All of our items are custom-made and personalised; so we generally do not entertain returns or exchange requests. However please get in touch with us for a refund/replacement if your item(s) are defective or damaged.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at kn.blossoms@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve inspected your refund/exchange request, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If a replacement has been requested, we will make and send out a replacement for you as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
