What sizes do the LED letters come in? The LED letters are one-size (22 cm high and 18 cm wide)

Are the flowers real? No. We use vibrant-coloured artificial foam roses to make our gift boxes everlasting so our customers can keep them for a long time. 

Is it possible to change the colours of the items? Yes. personalisation is the heart of KN Blossoms. You have the flexibility to select your personalisation choices by leaving a note of your request to us at checkout. 

Is it possible to create a custom order? Yes. Simply contact us if you’d like to change any aspect of our products and we’ll be happy to cater to that.

How long does delivery take? We try our best to process and make your custom-made items within our current turnaround time of two weeks. For standard delivery, the estimated delivery time is within the next three working days after dispatch. For express delivery, the estimated delivery time is the next working day after dispatch. Please keep in mind that our turnaround time is subject to change during busy seasons. 

Can I cancel my order? Once KN Blossoms receives your order, our team will promptly prepare your order to ensure you will receive the parcel within the estimated turnaround time. Keeping that in mind, we cannot cancel your order and interfere with this process once you’ve been charged. However, if you’d like to amend any aspect of your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you. 

Can I receive a discount if I order more than one product? Any discounts on products will be specified upon checkout. If there isn't any information on discounts, assume discounts are not applicable.
